![]() Top Golf gives you free use of their clubs. This is basically a driving range where you try to hit big targets instead of long distance. I went with my Dad, Wife, newborn, and another couple. (There is another one opening up in Gilbert in January). This place just opened up a few months ago in Scottsdale. Please know that we have other long-term solutions in the works with regard to the ban on these clubs, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you – under more enjoyable circumstances. We will use your feedback as a coaching opportunity for our team. We are nonetheless sorry that you found our Associates’ approach to be insulting. That said, we have admittedly been aggressive in our enforcement of these rules to ensure safety. Indeed, Topgolf does not solicit discrimination in any form we want and solicit business from anyone who is kind enough to give it to us. We are saddened by your feeling that you were singled out, and we promise you that is simply not the case. We have instructed our Associates to manage guests’ expectations with regard to these rules by addressing them as soon as visitors arrive at Topgolf. These are temporary but critical safety measures we are taking to ensure that balls remain in bounds. It’s important to explain that we do, in fact, currently have a ban on drivers, woods and hybrids as well as new club rules for the floors. Part of our goal at Topgolf is to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests, and we deeply regret you and your son’s recent disappointment. Come to think of it, the guy in the parking lot didn't give the same speech to several other white customers arriving at the same time? I will NEVER go there again. ![]() We were the only customers of color that I saw in the entry. Ok great it's $5 each for a "play card"?, then we can set you you up, and does he have any drivers in his bag? I ask if they're referring to my eleven year old son? You're concerned my eleven year old son is going to drive it over your nets? It felt weird. We proceed back to entrance, enter to find literally 20 employees waiting to attack, the closest one aggressively greets us and asks us if this is our first time. Ok fine, I only brought my driver anyway, I can put that back in the truck and my son can get some practice. Caught off guard, I stop and ask, "what are talking about? Start over, why can't I bring my driver?" He proceeds to finally explain that they're working on the nets or something to that effect and they don't want any balls going over. Walking through the parking lot I am yelled at by an employee in a cart and told we, (my eleven year old son and I), can't use any drivers or woods at the range. Topgolf is located at 400 Presto-Sygan Road in Bridgeville, PA.This is a brand new facility that both my son and I were excited to visit. While I certainly don't see myself paying the night time rental fee anytime soon, I can safely say I will return for the promotional prices in the very near future. Overall, I have to say I had a lot of fun at Topgolf Pittsburgh and appreciate that the games were designed in such a way that even a non-golfer like myself could play, improve, and even enjoy it. If you are flexible, these discounts are worth it. So if you are especially concerned about the price of this one, check out if any weekday morning or daily promotions exist to get a bit of a discount into your outing. In splitting the bay with a friend on Tuesday morning I ended up with two hours for just $13.50 plus my new membership fee, and I really can't complain about that at all (due to outside circumstances I could not stay for the third hour, which would've been an easy sell had I been available). The $15 per person rental is really hard to beat, especially for solo golfers and those in small groups, and if you are short on time the 50% off rental fee on Tuesdays is also a great deal as well. For those, like me, who prefer the best price possible, these deals were excellent.
